In the context of designing exploration vehicles for subsurface oceans on celestial bodies such as Europa and Enceladus, this study proposes a biomimetic approach inspired by deep-sea marine life—specifically invertebrate fish and microorganisms adapted to high-pressure, low-temperature environments. The methodology included an in-depth review of these organisms’ biological adaptations and how they can inform robot design, the identification of relevant biomimetic principles, and an assessment of planetary conditions on moons and exoplanets with subsurface oceans. Findings indicate that biomimetic features can boost efficiency and reduce the size of exploration vehicles compared to current technologies. The study concludes that applying biomimicry in extreme environments holds significant promise for astrobiological exploration and recommends fostering interdisciplinary research among marine biology, astrobiology, and aerospace engineering to develop future innovations. \vspace{0.1cm}
