Astronomy as an Educational Experience for the Scientific Outreach of Space Sciences in Celendin-Cajamarca

This work examines the pedagogical trajectory of the Gabriela Calistro Rivera Astroclub at the Albert Einstein Private Educational Institution (Celendín), evaluating it as an outreach strategy focused on space sciences. From a methodological standpoint, the research adopted a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, structured around the systematization of experiences accumulated between 2022 and 2025. The documentary corpus analyzed included photographic records, institutional publications, internal archives, and material evidence of the activities planned by the club, which ranged from theoretical sessions and inquiry-based learning to camps and astronomical observation sessions. The findings show a clear surge in students' interest toward space sciences, consolidating practical learning dynamics in the classroom. In conclusion, the experience demonstrates that educational astronomy, supported by active and observational methodologies, serves as a highly valuable resource for structuring and strengthening scientific culture within the school environment.
